Returns

Policy
Every watches sold by BENOÎT watch can be returned for free within 30 days from the date of purchase.
All products must be returned in their original packaging. The product must be in like-new condition (i.e., no signs of use) Please note that additional charges may apply in the event of any damage or sign of use.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

 - Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

 - Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

 
Process
To process a return/exchange please send us an email along with your order number at customerservice@benoitwatch.com, a customer care representative will email you a prepaid return label.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order properly upon arrival. In case of any defect, damage or wrong item, please contact us immediately to evaluate and fix the problem. 

 

Refunds (If applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to notify you that your returned item has been received. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-10 days.

 You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a refund.  We will gladly refund your order for the price of the returned merchandise less shipping fees.  Please contact us for authorization prior to returning the items.

Shipping costs for refused or undeliverable packages are nonrefundable. This includes returns shipping costs.

 

 Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If your credit is delayed, firstly check your bank account. Secondly, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your account is credited. Lastly, contact your bank. 

If you’ve done all of this, and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at customersupport@benoitwatch.com.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to make an exchange for the same item, email us at customersupport@benoitwatch.com and we will send you a return label.

 

Shipping

To return your product, please email us at customersupport@benoitwatch.com and request a return label.

Refused, unclaimed orders or merchandise returned due to customers' errors are subject to a 20% restocking fee in addition to all freight charges.

We cover return shipping costs only in the case of sending the wrong or defective product.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
