Standard Shipping
We are pleased to offer FREE Standard Shipping within US & Canada only. We offer free shipping to other countries for orders over $200. Any applicable state taxes are the responsibility of the customer. All orders for international countries will be calculated at checkout. Orders placed Monday to Friday before our shipping cut-off time of 3pm will be shipped the same day. All orders placed after the cut-off time on Friday will be shipped the following Monday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. Expected delivery time with standard shipping is 2-8 business days across Canada and United States.
Online purchasing
BENOÎT watch will ship worldwide and will do so based on the method you select from the available options. Delivery is subject to availability. In the event that we are out of stock, you will be notified by the next business day. Out of stock items will be shipped as soon as possible, upon arrival from the manufacturer. Please take shipping time into consideration. BENOÎT watch uses a third party shipping service provider to ship its products. As such, BENOÎT watch will not be liable for any loss, damages (direct or indirect) or expense due to shipping. Title and risk of loss shall pass to you at the moment the product that you have purchased is transferred to the third party shipping service provider.

Customs, Taxes, Duties, and Fees
At Benoît watch, please note we are not responsible for custom fees, brokerage fees, import duties, taxes or any charges issued by your country. You are responsible for the levies received by your country's customs. Please contact customs in your country for any further information on fees.
Pre orders
At BENOÎT watch, you can pre-order a watch before launch. Simply add the watch to your shopping cart, place the order, and check out. You'll get a confirmation email, and when the watch is released, it'll be shipped to you. Your credit card will only be charged when the watch ships.
